Saint Paul Public Schools Foundation
Each
year, the Saint Paul Public Schools Foundation provides vital support
to Saint Paul Public Schools. Currently under construction, the
Foundation is working to more effectively receive, redirect, and
recognize the many generous contributions made by individuals, local
businesses and foundations to fund a variety of opportunities for
greater excellence in education for Saint Paul students. Tax-deductible
gifts, great and small, provide critical support for ongoing and
special projects across the district including:
- Books for children through the Saint Paul Reads program
- Tutoring programs for children with special needs
- Athletic programs for students with disabilities
- Innovative new programs in science and the arts
- Technology and equipment to enhance student learning
- Family involvement programs for students whose first language is not English
